• Communicate with all wedding suppliers the week of the wedding.
• Design the wedding day flow and develop a detailed wedding day timeline.
• Attend/facilitate wedding rehearsal in cooperation with the wedding officate.
• Attend/facilitate wedding ceremony.
• Assist with distribution and pinning of flowers.
• Direct reception, according to pre-approved timeline by client(s).

Wedding Coordinator Fee - $495:

• Initial Consultatioin - Free
• Preparation of flow and timeline
• Rehearsal - up to 2 hours
• Wedding Day - up to 6 hours
• Two trips to site.

Fee Schedule for Additional Services:

• Assistant Coordinator: $25/hour as needed (minimum 1 hour)
• Additional time on Wedding Day: $35/hour (minimum 1 hour)
• Additional time for Rehearsal: $25/hour (minimum 1 hour)
• Reimbursement to Gardenesque for extra goods/services.

Cancellation Policy

Gardenesque requires a non-refundable $100 deposit with a signed contract to reserve services for a specific date. Full and final payment is due 60 days prior to event. The Client agrees to pay 50% of the remaining payment if a cancellation takes place after the 60-day deadline.

Personal checks are accepted for the initial deposit only. Final payment must be billed to a Visa or Mastercard.

Gardenesque may cancel this agreement due to events beyond their control, such as Act of God, War, Natural Disaster or a Physical Emergency.
